Position

Technical Sales Manager

 

Responsibilites

The purpose of this job is to implement our regional sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives to maximize profitable sales, to meet targets and exploit business opportunities in Chinese market.

Key tasks:

1. Actively participate in the definition of the sales strategy in China in collaboration with the Country Manager.

2. Actively maintain the current existing customers and develop new customers. Achieves regional sales operational objectives by managing the local distributors and optimizing the sales network within the region.

3. Maintains and develops the relationships with customers, especially key accounts, by building and keeping rapport with key customers, providing prompt responding to the requests, and improving customer satisfaction.

4. Provide technical solution to our customers, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

5. Initiates and implements customer seminars and other local marketing activities.

6. Able to conduct technical and sales training to in-house or distributors’ sales personnel.

7. Shares responsibilities with Country Manager and technical support manager on educating the client regarding company’s products, technologies and provides client’s support plans.

8. Prepares monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.

9. Provides market intelligence information and develop strategies tailored to the market.

Qualifications

Your profile:

1. University degree (or higher) in animal science, nutrition or veterinary.

2. 3 to 5 years feed additive sales experience.

3. Good knowledge in animal nutrition.

4. Good level of English

5. Good writing and communication skills.

6. Willing to travel, domestic and international

7. Good analytical and problem solving skills.

8. Fast, self-starter with the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks in a result-orientated commercial environment.

9. Able to work independently and to actively participate to team working.

 

Reports To

Country Manager

 

Required Language(s)

Mandarin and very good level of English (written and spoken)
